Well i know that my answer wasn't so easy for reading and that it sounded
ruf, but if someone writes the answers which sound like "you know its very
easy to fix something, so why don't you do it" than they will receive
responces like i responded yesterday. I know that truth sometimes herts
specially when you serv it directly. But, enough on that, let's get back on
Nvda and its support and usage.

Actually, I wasn't particularly impressed by your message either, though I
do think Alf's response was overly harsh. You might well have been
pointing out that Thunderbird is open source, but we're very much aware of
that. Just because something is open source doesn't necessarily mean it
has the necessary external APIs to access the information we need. At
best, it means we would have to implement the access in Thunderbird
itself. You might be annoyed by Alf's response, but he is right in saying
that your message came across, at least to some, as being somewhat
confrontational. Saying "But thunderbird is open source as well, so you
can still get at the code and find out what needs to be done" can be
easily read as a statement to the effect that "it's open source, so it
shouldn't be that hard". You might be sick and tired of justifying and
repeating yourself, but I am becoming increasingly tired of arguments like
this on the list. We don't expect suggestions or criticisms to be "sugar
coated" or the like, but I, at least, do hope for some consideration as to
how such might be interpreted.

like the tone of typing on here then I suggest you either
1. take an anger management course or
2. leave the list.
You are the only person to take issue with my message.
All I am saying is that because both products are open source, it is more
likely something can be rigged up to get nvda working with thunderbird
than it would be if thunderbird was not open source.
