[nvda] Suggestion

This is probably just what I'm used to but it would be nice to have an option where if you are in any list or non circular combo box that it could say something when you hit cursor at this point, like end or top or bottom or up or down as sometimes things can stop talking for other reasons, and its nice to know things are still working.
