[nvda] Strange bits and pieces

Hi, I know people are probably fed up with this one...
Why does the volume of the voice work backwards in the prefs? IE, cursor up voice down in volume.
Secondly. The added description of late, wher it says, edit, multi line, how does it know? I ask because I see, or rather hear this in Outlook Express to and cc fields, which I suppose are a kind of hidden very long line, and not subject. 

Just intrigued.
Incidentally, doing my partial remove did not protect my settings, so I had to reselect the voice etc.
