[nvda] Still can't read combo boxes.

Hello,

    I'm still having trouble configuring NVDA, because it won't read the 
choices in the combo boxes for the dialogues. Up and Down arrow do not work, 
either with or without the ALT key. I keep looking through the User Guide to 
see if I'm missing something, but it says you can select with the arrow keys. I 
noticed that my arrow keys did speak in the Save dialogue for MS Word, so the 
only problem seems to be the dialogues for configuring NVDA.

    I also have a question concerning help tickets. I received a response 
yesterday to a ticket I had opened, but when I tried to reply, my message 
bounced. Is there a way to respond, or would I need to create a new ticket?
