[nvda] Starting NVDA Automatically?

I was wondering, is there a way to have NVDA start automatically when running 
from Source?

1.38.

  trunk r2353 and I've noticed that ESpeak sounds a little better than the 
older 
  Nvda versions. now I'm just curious, was there an update to Espeak?  The 
  English Us language sounds like it's been improved.
