in the keyboard dialog, with the check box Speak command keys checked, the
arrow keys and the F1 through f12 speak.
Am I able to edit NVDA to add a checkbox to speak only the funations keys
and anoher opinion to speak only the arrow keys ?
Thanks.

Subject: [nvda] Let's change subjectline for subthreads?
Today we seem to be staying on topic, but I have noticed that often a
thread takes so many twists and turns that after a few msgs the subject
has nothing to do with the msg bodies.
As most of us are blind it takes a bit longer to read enough to decide
that something does not interest us, so I say if a sub thread is detouring
a bit from the original subject but is relevant to the original question
or discussion then maybe a small extension on the end of the sub-line is
great. If some sub-theme takes on a life of its own then it would be much
better to start a new thread quoting from the msg that started to change
the topic.
I know I'm new on the list, and if I didn't have to work/take care of the
kids.... then I'd like to at least glance at everything that comes from
you guys and gals, but I have a life, as do many of you, off-line; and it
would be nice to safely delete msgs if the subjects don't interest us and
not miss out on something that we need to know, or someone we could help.
Just a thought, but I've had it bouncing around for a while.
Even more important is this on usenet for the blind I think/big convoluted
trees give me headaches.
