Darel, i believe yoiu have a false perception on what an OSM (Off
Screen Model) is you always alude to it when discussing
accessibility, but this OSM is old technology that truthfully has
been around since about 1993 and outspoken 1.7.5 on the Mac. now
these days we are moving on to newer and better ways of accessing the
information that is written to the screen and it is not alwasy via
this OSM that you keep mentioning.
I will not get to the technical apsects of it here but there is allot
of information written on the newer ways of accessing information
just read it on the web.
