[nvda] Snap downloader and change log

Hi, is the change log in the snap archive in text form for each update?
If so, maybe it could be the one seen by the downloader, indeed, maybe an option in the downloader to view the log first if you want to, so you know that if, for example, the only update is for a language file you are unlikely to use, then you would not bother to download it. 
Well, you did ask for suggestions!
