Yes, but that does not seem to sort out the audio problems it most certainly has compared with older ones and these switches should be an option in the installer, ie, do you want the access options enabled, please tick the options form the list below.

You must turn on accessibility (alt+v then s, then make sure both items
are checked, or alt+t then s if you have skype 4). Also, on skype 4 set
to classic view under options>general.
