Well yes, but it would be darned handy as when it shouts its a great fiddle with audio on audio trying to hear the screenreader over the sound, so you are partly right, but the fact that we are trying to hear a screenreader over the normal sound makes it so much less accessible.

i think thats a general consideration, rather then an access one. as thats accessible, and you doing it the same way a sighted person does.
