Hi,
It works for me testing right now on my development source copy of NVDA. I
guess there could be some issue with compilation... I'll test when I have a
bit more time in the coming days.

I was able to replicate this problem with the modifier key being insert as
well. I believe that either they took it out, or something didn't compile
correctly.
