Whenever I open  Outlook 2003 messages, NVDA ceases to work.
This is a known issue and is unfortunately not fixed as far as I know. See here:

I suspect it once again relates to the old virtual buffer code used for IE, although Outlook seems to cause some major problems for us that we don't understand.

I see there is  a "ticket" system which may structure my feedback in a form
more useful to you. Is there a link to how this ticket system works?
