The Hal screen reader is where most people get it. Hal and orpheus are
dolphin products.

Maybe my sapi4 needs fixing? maybe that's why orpheus works in NVDA and not
jaws or text aloud? it's just strange that it works ok with NVDA, but the
other two programs I want to use it with it crashes.
