Hmm. Someone else is having problems with a Voyager. I am starting to
think there may be problems with the Alva driver under Windows.

You need to gt the log output from BRLTTY. Are you comfortable with the
command line?

The libusb device driver provides libusb support only for the device.
That is, you cannot have the manufacturer device drivers installed
alongside the libusb device driver, as only one device driver can be
used for a given device. The filter allows libusb to be used for the
device even if there is another device driver installed as long as that
device driver isn't being used at the time. In my experience, the filter
can be a bit flakey, but it shouldn't make any real difference in most
cases.

It is. You would need to create a .inf file for your device.
Alternatively, you could use the .inf file supplied with libbraille,
which *may* contain the information for your display.
