You can also get viavoice from IBM homepage reader. I downloaded homepage reader, extracted its contents to a folder just to grab the viavoice out of it. It comes with all the languages except for mexican spanish and canadian french.

Hi List,
I remember a few years ago my Kurzweil with the ViaVoice synth had seven
voices for every language available. What i'm wondering is whether this
is still the case for Kurzweil, or if it just gives you one language. I
have the English (American and British) but nothing else. Since i'm
multilingual, having the different languages available would be quite
helpful, especially since i'm not that fond of the eSpeak voices--a
little too robotic for my taste.
So sorry for the roundaboutness of this question, but does Kurzweil
still give you the option of all possible ViaVoice languages? I believe
they were English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and
Swedish or Norwegian.
Thanks,
Ellen
