Looks like a file in the NVDA program directory somehow has the wrong permissions. I"m not sure how this could have happened. Perhaps you ran NVDA as an administrator at some point and something got regenerated? Anyway, the simplest way to fix this is probably to reinstall NVDA. (You could try to fix the permissions manually, but if you don't understand how to do this, it is not simple.)
