[nvda] SAPI5 refusing to load

Hi all,
Another synth refusing to load. Seems from the log to be some sort of permission issue, but then how come I can run SAPI4 and E-Speak just fine? 

I have Vista Home Premium and NVDA Snapshot 2592.
