[nvda] SAPI 4 not working

Hello,

First, thank you Mick for working on SAPI drivers. Until yesterday I was 
using Viavoice, and now I'm trying to use SAPI 4 but there is some 
problem.

Every time I change the synth to SAPI 4 at NVDA synthesisers dialog, my 
computer stops speaking and becomes extremely slow. I've opened the task 
manager and verifyed that the process "vcmd.exe" was using 97 to 99 % of 
my CPU. I killed it and the computer restarted responding at the usual 
speed but without speaking, so I killed NVDA too.

I guess this problem has nothing to do with NVDA, since vcmd.exe is a 
Microsoft voice commander, but maybe someone here has some hint on what 
could I do to resolve this problem. I could use SAPI 5 instead, but I 
find SAPI 4 faster, at least here.
