[nvda] Revision 316 posted to website

Hi all,

I have posted revision 316 of NVDA to the website in source and binary.
I have double checked, and now the binary revision only contains the sapi5 driver. I have also re-thought the steps I take to package the NVDA binary version, and hopefully this problem shouldn't happen again.
I am interested to know if this does in deed fix the problem with the synthesizer dialog.
