[nvda] Revision 307 - dialog box improvments

Hi all,
Revision 307 fixes up the layout of dialog boxes quite a bit, thanks to the eyes of Amy and Mat.
Also hopefully a few more NVDA freezes have been fixed due to clocking things with the mouse when the object under the mouse is being anounced.
