[nvda] Re: Raising pitch for capitals

Hi Jamie,
I'm using ESpeak. I've also just found out that it seems to work fine
with Wordpad, but not Notepad, Jarte, or the previously mentioned
Word. What happens in Word is that as I arrow through a CAPITALIZED
word, such as "HELLO," the pitch will increase 1 to 2 times out of the
five letters in THE CAPITALIZED "HELLO" and not always the same ones.
This is not a big problem, as I can always have the synth say "cap"
instead, but it was my preference to have the pitch increase.
