[nvda] Problems deleting open messages in OE [was snapshot 2821: can't delete opened messages in outlook express]

The interesting thing is that our IE code does not intercept ctrl+d, so I have no idea why this is breaking. A few things to try: 
1. Press NVDA+f2 to pass the key through, then press ctrl+d. Does this work?
2. Press NVDA+1 to enable keyboard help. What does ctrl+d say then? (Press NVDA+1 again to disable keyboard help.)
