Hi Mike,
I just verified again and it is indeed r317. I deleted all the pyc
files after the svn update. The problem occurs consistently with the
voices dialog, but I just noticed that now for some reason the other
preferences dialogs are somtimes also affected. Here are the versions
of the nvda dependencies installed on my XP professional system:
comtypes-0.2.1.win32.exe
pyHook-1.5a.win32-py2.5.exe
python-2.5.msi
pywin32-208.1.win32-py2.5.exe
wxPython2.8-win32-unicode-2.8.0.1-py25.exe
Unfortunately, the stderr.log file is empty after the freeze up as far
as I can tell, so I assume there is no backtrace available.
Thank you and best regards, Lukas
