Hi there,
You could try these mailing lists.
1. Blind Audio.
blindaudio-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. BlindCoolTech, a lot of which is about audio and podcasting.
Get subscription details from the blindcooltech.com/ web site.
Just to say that I've had good results from putting a bit of room verb on my
sound card. It didn't take anything special, just the sound card software.
It wasn't very accessible, but I poked about until I found what it did!
Vince.

Subject: [nvda] Off topic: Applying reverb to speech output
Hello,
for many languages, speech output sounds very unnatural yet, but applying
small amount of reverb would make listening to it more comfortable. Many
modern soundcards support some way of adding reverb to sound, and there
are many free VSG and DirectX plugins available. Has anyone any experience
with such thing? Can you recommend a mailing list about music creation
apps for blind users? Thank you.
Tomas Valusek
