eSpeak can apply reverb (echo) to its speech output. Add an "echo" line
to the end of a voice file (eg. espeak-data/voices/cs for eSpeak's
Czech voice).
Try, for example:
echo 130 15
Where 130 is the delay in milliseconds, and 15 is the strength.
