Hello,
for many languages, speech output sounds very unnatural yet, but
applying small amount of reverb would make listening to it more
comfortable. Many modern soundcards support some way of adding reverb to
sound, and there are many free VSG and DirectX plugins available. Has
anyone any experience with such thing? Can you recommend a mailing list
about music creation apps for blind users? Thank you.
