[nvda] Re: Odd behavior of NVDA in some menus

Yes, it occurs with the open with menu as well of course. Some look alike applications seem to work though so I imagine you are correct to say that in some cases the info is just not there.

It is known behaviour for some menu items which are iconized. This can
also be seen for example in the "send to" submenu of a filelist context
menu in the windows explorer. It appears as if Microsoft are not
following their own accessibility guidelines. It has been reported as
fixed in windows vista.
Unfortunately as far as we are aware there is no way on how to
workaround this issue at NVDA's side.
