not sure but ie even 6 likes to crash for no reason. After updating java or emptying caches for a bit depending on what I launch say get right and say another thing like ie is running or whatever the reader or the system will lock. So no idea. Ofcause a load of things are just ff now days some stuff will only use ff or is coded for ff. Try first www.webbie.org.uk I think thats the site web ie is on. it uses the same engine but not the interface. If that still errors out she sould try ff3. If se doesn't want to try it or its a bit hard she can reformat sometimes the problem goes away after a good reformat. But it probably will either work or she would have to try ff3. The only reason I don't reformat as often as I used to is because due to accessibility to recover I can't and therefore I don't. I just need to be carefull what I run.
