[nvda] Re: OT: Loquendo TTS voices to use with NVDA?

I personally feel that in many countries the law needs to have some kind of requirement on companies that buy out others that at least minimal supply of needed product is maintained. At the moment there is nothing to stop any company simply buying up another and then refusing to supply to disabled folk who rely on it. 

Fat chance though.

The website that balabolka is hosted on has these voices or at least the urls.
I think nextup.com has them as well I don't think much of these voices but each to there own. 

I think they might be sapi4 as well a bit long in the tooth now.

Also if you look under the user manul found under the help section
under
supported synthisisers  you will be able to see what other ones are
supported. I think it is 11 supported synthisisiers , there may even

The default voice is e speak. To start nvda if it is a installer
version once setup is alt and ctrl and the letter N
To get into the preferences it is the insert and the letter N To quit 
nvda it is the insert and the letter Q
While you are in the preferences if you go to synth settings there
will be where you will change your syths For example from sapi 4 to 
sapi 5 or E speak.  Under that menu in preferences is the voice
settings there is where you will change your voices  or varients.
If you look under the help menu as well there will be a heading for supported synthes aswell. I have done a page where it may help you for installing new voices or e speak voices and where they go if you 
are interested.
