[nvda] Re: OT: Loquendo TTS voices to use with NVDA?

Then the problem may be with your provider.  Perhaps it blocks certain
domains.  Try using a site that hides your IP address.  The point is not
that you want to hide your IP address but rather that you want to use the
site as a proxy server so that you are not using your provider to get to
the site.  I don't know which of these sorts of sites are good so I won't
recommend one.  Other list members may have recommendations.
