[nvda] NvDA and context sensitive help

Hello list members. Would it be possible to implement a context-sensitive help
feature in NVDA, so that if the user does not know what a particular setting
does they can press f1 and open the users manual to that setting? Of course
NVDA's focus would have to be automatically moved to that section of the user
guide. This is just something I thought up. There would have to be a way for
the context sensitive help to only operate when inside either NVDA's menu or
settings dialogues, and when you are outside this, it opens either the
application's specific help or the windows help like normal. Just a thought.
