This is why i say it is a problem with the BRLTTY driver under Windows.
That is, it isn't a problem with the driver itself, but there seem to be
some drivers that just don't work properly under Windows for some
reason. Someone was having problems with a Braille Lite; again, it
worked fine under Linux, but not under Windows. There are suspicions
that it might relate to flow control, but no definite answers have been
found yet.
