See the etc folder in your brltty main folder, which is located in
C:\Programme (in Standard installation).
Which connection do you use? The mentioned friend got his Handytech
display (BWP) working with brltty and a USB2Serial adapter.
If you use USB, did you install libusb-win32 and did you run the test
program? If so, did it recognize your display? All this assumes you use
a USB connection.
