[nvda] Re: New portable version

Yes, but I usually only remove the folders and other files, leaving the ini file intact, so a new portable has the same setup as the last one did.

The obvious way I suppose for people like me is if on run, it looked to see if userconfig was there, and if ist was, then used the config in it, if not it did the old check and used the config in the bas folder but copied it to the new one once created.

You're supposed to remove your old portable copy before copying in a new
one, which means you need to be aware of where the files go, so I don't
think this is necessary. Note that this change does not affect installer
copies; they always had a separate config dir. This change was noted in
the what's new.
