You could put a page up at
  http://nvda.sourceforge.net/

and link or redirect to kulgan/nvda from there.  
That would have helped me to find it :-)

Another useful link might be in the "Email list" section at the bottom
of the kulgan/nvda page, put a link to 
http://www.freelists.org/archives/nvda
