I don't remember if this was already discussed, but on Windows 7, even
after NVDA is closed, NVDA service is still working
This is by design. The service remains running so that it can read the logon screen if configured to do so and so that it can react when NVDA is running and a UAC or other security screen appears. NVDA can't start the service whenever it starts, as it doesn't have sufficient privileges, so the service must remain running.

because NVDA starts
talking at the UAC screens
If NVDA is not running, the service should not start it on UAC screens. Are you certain this is misbehaving? If so, this is a bug.

and the log-on screen.
This is by design if configured appropriately in the General Settings dialog.

So ok, I can stop
service manually, but, Is it possible to automate this process, so
service will close automatically after NVDA is closed.
No, otherwise it can't start again.

I had strange
problems because of this in a past, because I wasn't able to install a
new revision until I closed service
This is now fixed. The installer knows how to completely stop the service. In the past, it didn't do this properly, but this has been fixed in recent weeks. If this is still problematic for you, let us know.
