[nvda] NVDA seems to lose focus when in focus mode temperarily

Hello all:I've noticed that over the last couple of days NVDA will seem to lose track of the system carrot when in focus mode. Whenever I go back to review what I write, NVDA will not report anything until I tab out and back into the edit field? Is this intended? There are no error messages or sounds.
