[nvda] NVDA read emoticons in windows live messenger

actually, in fairness, I just tested it in Jaws 8 with graphical emoticons
turned on and both Jaws 8 and NVDA read the graphical emoticons using MSN
Messenger 7.5. Good to know though. I won't have to think about avoiding
them anymore.
