Hi,
I took a look at PYCE for python for windows mobile devices. As far as I can
see you need to run PYCE on the PDA itself. Also I did a search on
download.com for text to speech for pocket pc and came up with some text to
speech options including a developers kit but I don't know much about it. I
do know that eventually the maker of thunder will be making a pocket version
of their product but it'll be awhile yet. Once I can save the money to get
MobileSpeak pocket and learn more about these devices I'll be able to
investigate further I think.
Josh
