Nvda will work on a usb stick. Nvda will work on computers that run xp home and above right up to windows 7 64 bit. It will also depend if the autorun menu comes up when you insert a usb stick or wheather you have to do it through the windows run command. it will also depend if your or the computer you are going to use it on blockes the software. If this is the case you will need to contact the aminastrator of that computer or network you want to plug into, so you can get access. Other wise if you go to the following link at http://homepages.slingshot.co.nz/~hurrikenny/nvda%20screen%20reader.html <http://homepages.slingshot.co.nz/%7Ehurrikenny/nvda%20screen%20reader.html> and jump down to how to put it onto a usb stick let alone do the shortcut on the usb stick as well or what to do if you put it onto a cd it may help you to do this.

can you run NVDA on any computer Just by pluging in your USB drive?

If not is there a common keystroke to run it?
