Even Hal seems to need a tray item to be visited, ie acted on in some cases
to identify it for the future, coming up with button otherwise. I imagine
this is a shortcoming of Windows which does not always report on the agent
which created the often graphic entry in the tray. Also as has been noted,
things like 'a network cable is unplugged' tend to screw its formatting up
big time and some of the entries disappear.

OK, thanks! That is what I was looking for, and it works!
this is NVDA and not Jaws, so not all Jaws's keystroke is work in
NVDA.
You are quite right, and I have noticed the differences <smile>.
