Window-Eyes 6.1 I hear works with I-Toons" 7.1. However I have not used it
myself.
As with Jaws, well unless you want to buy scripts... And even then, I can't
say that they'll work.

i think there is many others program better then Itunes to support. i
personally don't see any reason why NVDA should support Itunes
now, since all others screen reader including jaws don't support it by
default.
