1213 from what I can see has not been compiled for the snapshots page yet.
In order to get the latest of the latest you will have to download the
source code from SVN. By the way for matter of interest the latest revision
of source is now 1214.

Just tested NVDA R 1213 and TinTin++ 1.97.5.
All seems to work fine.
Download TinTin++ from http://sf.net/projects/tintin/
I compiled mine myself but the standard TinTin++ distribution for
windows should work as well.
