[nvda] Re: NVDA, and The Sinth Settings Ring

Hi.
I'm reluctant to use key combinations which don't involve the numpad or the NVDA key when it can be avoided. This is because they consume key combinations which could be used by other applications, whereas the numpad and the NVDA key are specific to NVDA. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule, but I'm not sure this should be one of them.

Hello everyone!
Its been a long time since I've been on here, but I'm currently using r1519 of NVDA, and I'm loving the new virtural buffering! I'm wondering, if the keys for the sinth ring "control+insert+arrowskeys" can be changed to "alt+insert+arrow keys?" Yes I know the command is a copy-cat off of another screen reader, however it just seems easier for your hands to type with. I know you can use the "insert" key on the numb-pad as well, however to me anyway, just seems a little occqured.
Keep up the good work!
PS. I'm using Outlook Expeess to write this message. Was gonna use Windows Live Mail, however it only says "blank" in the edit field. I'm guessing i'm not the only one having this problem, but just wanted to let ya know anyways.
