i think the sender was asking about NVDA and not others screen reader. insert+f11 only can be use in jaws, insert+f11 is jaws 
command.

Is there a command to get NVDA to read the items running in the task tray? 
JAWS uses Insert+f11 and this is handy because I can see all the items.
However, when I do the windows+tab to try and get to this window, I have a 
lot of trouble.
