[nvda] NVDA and MS Outlook

Hi,
I just wanted to say that NVDA, using the latest snapshot (R1370 posted
toda Nov 27) works with MS Outlook again.
Thanks for this great open-source screen reader and to all that work on it
and improving it, I really enjoy it!
