[nvda] NVDA and LaTeX

Hi,
Are there any accessible programs that will work with NVDA for writing and typesetting LaTeX math and science documents? I can write LaTeX in notepad, but need the packages to import into the documents to use for the math functions and also accessible typesetting software.
