Eric and all, you can actually now do an audio verification, as well as a
mobile (cell) phone version. Thought I'd let you
know. Hope that helps.

Actually it isn't restricted to students.
The only thing that sould possibly prevent any one joining is the
varification grafic to prove your not a machine signing up for mass
accounts.
If you want to sign up, Email Leslie at
comment-info-rt@xxxxxxxxxxxx
She or some one else on the support team will take care of your reg if you
explain that you are blind and can't use the varification grafic.
Best,
Erik

but without being a member, I would think most people couldn't comment or
add to data in any way.

Subject: [nvda] NVDA Group on Fast Book
Hello list,
Just to let you know, I have created a NVDA group on fastbook
http://www.fastbook.com
FB for those who don't know is a very fast growing social network web
site.
So a NVDA Group there is not so important, only to show your interest
and support for NVDA to your friends, coleagues, etc.
btw, I prefer to warn people, fastbook is not very easy to use for
blind people, and to be honest, since the pages are very full of
informations when you add more and more friends and content to your
fastbook,
I don't know how NVDA can perform, actually, even JFW have problem
reading some part of the site, it's a bit better with jfw 9 Beta.
but the pages are very very dynamic when you move around.
