[nvda] Miranda autoannounce: now support srmm

Hi folks,
I've just implemented your request about supporting srmm plugin in message auto announcement feature (r3603). I have taken a look at tabSRMM also, but found it pretty buggy in terms of accessibility; thus implementing support for it will be somewhat trickier. I don't know why people can prefer it and not scriwer. If some of you make use of tabsrmm on daily basis, please explain why and I will try to hack about it.
