Have fun trying to uninstall it though, which i'm happy NVDA is able to do.
You'll get two sicurity screens, and if you don't shift+tab to the yes
button in time, it won't uninstall the program.
Figured that Avast, although good, would throw something at ya.
This is pertaining to Avast home Additon.
So again, its a good program.
Just watch out for that very strange uninstaller.

Nope, it's not better in my opinion. I personally prefer avast over
this new program, although I do have it on my computer for testing
purposes. But avast seems to be more efficient, and I like the fact
that it is updated almost daily and the scans are thorough. I also
does not permit you to shut down or restart a machine with external
media plugged in, an easy way for bootsector viruses to attack your
system.
thanks

Hi, I was told about Microsoft Security Essentials and found it works
pretty good with nvda. I didn't see a way to read the history or
results, but everything else seems to be accessible.
I just wondered if any of you have tried this program and if you
found it to be any good? I have been using avast for years, but if
this program is better I will switch to it.
Thanks Mike.
